In Rory's coaching sessions, he will listen to your personal situation and give personalised tips, advice and strategies on your personal development.
Coaching sessions go for 45 minutes over Zoom and are best held once a week – minimum four sessions.
Advice will range from meditation guidance, strategies to manage your drinking, how to build a habit based on your personality and any guidance on other situations you have in your life that are adding stress and may be causing you to drink.
As well as being a meditation expert, Rory is also a certified practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
The sessions offer greater structure and accountability around drinking as you are always only a few days away from a check-in. They have proved very successful with those who have taken part.
