How to stop drinking: 1000 days alcohol free
I’m not counting the days but did mark this milestone in my calendar many moons ago.
The best part of three years has gone so fast but I also feel I’ve achieved a lot.
I’ve written a dozen articles about alcohol, had my hangover meditation go viral, created an online meditation course about alcohol, become a one-on-one sober coach and started writing a book.
Quitting alcohol has been so transformative for me – as starting to meditate was – that I’ve not been able to shut up about it (sorry about that!).
